The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement will be agreed upon directly between you and Colosi Digital prior to work beginning.

For social media and content services, you agree to provide photos, logos, and any other materials reasonably required for us to perform the work. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content, images, and information you provide. You represent that you own or have the right to use all materials supplied to us.

Fees, payment schedules, and methods will be agreed upon before services commence. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final website, content, and materials created specifically for your business, excluding any third-party tools, fonts, or licensed components. Colosi Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To perform social media management services, you may need to grant us access to your accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. You are responsible for maintaining your own account credentials and for any activity conducted under your accounts. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions or policy changes.

Colosi Digital provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, including search engine rankings, review counts, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and market conditions.

Our website and services may involve third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Upon termination, we will reasonably cooperate in transferring access to your accounts and materials.

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform our services or as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Colosi Digital operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
